Easy cycle with Max. Knee felt really good

Cycle home after Max printing. Again, knee felt really happy, dare I say even better after cycling

Teaching lower body strength class for Dance Strong. Felt good! Knees much happier.

Teaching upper body class for Dance Strong. Elbow feeling totally fine, didn't notice anything

First 1.5-2 mins I felt the right knee a bit, but honestly after than it felt really good. Feel like cycling is only doing it good

Took it easy during the day. Absolutely shattered, hardly slept, incredibly stressed between lockdown (and deciphering new rules) and the election. Honestly didn't know how I would teach but teaching made me feeling about 50 times better.

Slow step ups, sloooow mountain climbers, planks, side planks each side, x 3. Got pretty warm by the end. R elbow a little sore on last R side plank but felt fine after. Right knee doing stabilising work for sure in the slow mountain climbers, but think it was fine

Feel like I have a nice skeleton of the latest choreo going. Headachey and feeling exhausted, but good to dance. Knee felt good, even with some litle jumps, but think it helped that they were like intervals. Stretched after, maybe feel it a teeny tiny bit more than before, but think it's fine. Back feels much happier after dancing, it's getting a bit stiff from having to rest so much

Knee had been feeling a bit funny with walking (right knee). Felt a bit funny for first few minutes on bike but actually felt better after. Relatively fast cadence compared to last time on the stationary bike, 85rpm, gear 11

Saw physio who poked and prodded and was a bit perplexed. Got on the bike and again the first 2 mins or so didnĀ“t feel great, but felt much better after. Bit slower on the RPM, maybe around 75, because I found faster was making it a bit unhappy. Gear a little lower, around 10

Worked the whole weekend, had a very stressful day with tech not playing nice. Felt nauseous with spins, but knee and body felt all good. Glad to have danced even only a tiny bit
