Gym Class / Circuit 45:00 [5]
(injured)

Did a bit of jumping near the beginning which now the knee doesn’t seem so happy about. But overall held up really well, and sometimes I’d feel just a teeny bit in the knee and modify, and then it was all good again. Lots of triceps and quads and core (always bugs me how much trainers can neglect hamstrings and back)

Cycling 32:07 [3] 11.43 km (2:49 / km) +12m 2:48 / km

Felt so cold (wasn't that cold, just the first morning below 10 degrees; 6 to be precise) in my legs that I felt like I couldn't cycle fast enough, but didn't seem to be so slow after all. Legs felt awesome and no problems during client's session

Cycling 31:57 [3] 11.07 km (2:53 / km) +20m 2:52 / km
(injured)

Felt awesome, and a pretty major improvement that I had no pain at all (one minor twinge when moving leg while seated at dining table at lunch) the whole day, when sometimes it can creep on a bit later

Note
(injured)

Do feel now that I'm home that the few jumps I did in the HIT class may have been too much. However, I do have a feeling it's only to the point that I'll wake up tomorrow and feel fine again. Have been very tired today
