Accidentally logged second commute first; this the first commute. Actually found on second commute that I could "feel" the kneecap (nervy way) for first few km, then it felt great. Have been mostly sedentary this afternoon (didn't get much sleep last night) and knee feels actually really happy now

Did feel knee ever so slightly on way back. Knee sore in evening. L knee has also been a bit funny for the last week (after not feeling it at all last few weeks). Think still from HIIT last week

Camera issuessssssss meant refilming the same 30 min workout 4 times. But my knee felt good! It has been a bit iffy this week after Monday. I've noticed the L one ever so slightly this week too. On the way up still but spikes in loading don't help.
