Arms are like jelly, and even stripped down to a t-shirt! Outdoors in 5 degrees.
3 sets 15 TRX horizontal pull ups
4 sets 10 push ups
3 sets 15 narrow grip TRX horizontal rows
3 sets 5 slow tricep push up lowers
3 sets 20 lunges R
3 sets 20 lunges L
3 sets 15 one legged bridge lifts R
3 sets 15 one legged bridge lifts L
3 sets 20 narrow squats
3 sets 15 bridge toe taps R
3 sets 15 bridge toe taps L
3 sets 30 seconds 3 styles of side planks: dips, needle, glute med variation L

2 mins 10 seconds plank (broken into 1 min 10, then 1 min)
Aaaaand I think that's all aside from mobility.
Knee being a bit tweaky still, but never during exercise, just sometimes walking downstairs or when pants are tight and pulling on kneecap. Need to floss more
