Knee was tweaky overnight. Not bad, but I could feel it whenever it was anything other than fully straight. Really think it's patellofemoral pain syndrome, so need to plan an attack this week

Nice and sweaty but felt like I jumped a bit too much because knee was starting to get a bit funny after being almost perfect today (did notice it the tiniest bit earlier). Now switching to doing something low impact to get the muscles going

Knee feeling fabulous again right away; did feel a bit achey in bed at night after, but overall feeling much better. Think jumping is okay but I've just introduced a bit too much jumping too soon recently with certain dance classes
