Note

Parasympathetic activity still abnormally elevated today. Gutted because I was look forward to HIIT today; may actually just be high hormone phase of cycle, but even that's worth taking it easy (and R knee still a bit weird).

Actually pretty tired by now. Ate every two hours and it didn't hit me until 6pm, which is much, much better than usual, usually I wipe out 2 hours after the second bike ride, so I think fueling at the right time is key
