Soccer team run at bottle lake. 3.3k out to beach, took it easy. a few beach sprints etc, then pushed it real hard coming back and finished 1st! :)

Was pretty sweet, did it with Lucie. got 730, nav was heaps better than christmas one. Made pretty good decisions about time too. only a few screwups that cost us some pts.. but fun :D
