Adventure race. Kayaked first, they were really heavy boats and quite difficult to manouver but made it round with only a couple blisters on my hands.

Ran after the kayak, really noticed the heat, was going pretty slow but was really buggered. Haven't done much running since it warmed up again.

Mountain Bike 45:00 [4] 12.0 km (3:45 / km)

Finished with the ride. Was a close finish, but made it in to win by a couple of seconds.

Usual kayak. Nice sunny day and not too much wind really enjoyed it except for the crap paddle I got stuck with. Took a few km to get used to the paddle, was ok after that.
