Some pathetic attempts at drills in the tiny warm up area. More warmed up by the killer climb to the start.

Got to the start with about 40minutes to go so went out on the warm up map. Didn't realise that there was no way direct way through the fence to the start so had to leg it back through the gate at the top end and just made it to my start in time. Not good preparation.

Easy from Gems onto the middlewood way past the rec, up to the canal, back to the rec where I did a loop then back onto the canal and back to Gems.
