Scottish 6 days, Day 6, Ardchattan
LL 4,8km, 175m climb

Tired legs from climbing to the viewpoint yesterday afternoon (or from running back down?). About 200m climb to the start - I was taking my time and enjoying the views on the way, but still my legs were already tired when I started.
Maybe the worst run of the week (or day 2?), made lots of unecessary mistakes resulting in lots of unecessary climb, trashed my bad knee a bit more on a stream crossing after 2 thirds of the course, then got super exhausted in the end and had to fight to at least keep on walking fast.
Details:
1) Came too far left and downhill, didn't understand it. Took me a good while to figure it out. 3-4 min?
2) Again came too far downhill, was confused at which marsh I really am. Figured it out a bit faster this time. 1:30
5) Spiked the control, even if it doesn't look like that on the track. The extra meters near there control where because that seemed to be the only way to climb the steep part for people with already week knees like me...
6) A little too far left and then much too clueless about it and going down far too far again. 5 min.
8) Can't explain why I did what I did, just completely misread and misunderstood everything - tired? 6 min. lost compared to the others
Rest was more or less spiked, but superslow due to tiredness and a hurting knee.
Total mistakes: 16:30
