Orienteering race 1:18:49 [4] 8.9 km (8:51 / km)
shoes: Jalas FLX

Long Distance ankle felt alright when strapped so I went harder than in the middle and was doing well until the second half of the course lost 4mins on 14 and another 3mins at 21 need to concentrate on traffic lighting and keeping map contact.

twisted my ankle during the sprint so just jogged around the middle distance only one real mistake at 3 but the rest were pretty good got passed by a few long trains of people.

did the Dynamic stretching warm up before the sprint felt really good.

was way to tired for a sprint race. lost 45 seconds on the first control because it was on the ground half under a bush stuffed up 2 as well alright though to 12 where I over shot loosing a bit more time. didn't really like the planning of the course and the map was pretty average. not sure where I came but it wasn't good.

Star relay with Georgia think I put a few in the wrong place but we still managed to come 2nd.

Traffic Lighting and simplification. legs still really tired. found the traffic lighting really useful.

tried to go slower made 1 or 2 mistakes but better than the mile.

Control Picking and Relocation. legs tired. both good exercises finally got used to navigating in terrain again.

the Flying Mile. stuffed up most of the controls and came near the bottom.
