With the Chatham class on break this week, I thought I'd try something new at the Y, a combination yoga/pilates class, they called 'Piyo'. I might have had an easier time with the regular instructor, according to an older woman near me (older than me, that is), but this one was 'tough.' [Couldn't do the kneeling cat-back stretches, or the side planks due to my knee and shoulder issues, but I tried to keep up with everything else.]
Too many downward dogs! This class just confirmed I like pilates better than yoga, so I'll look for the pilates class (Tuesday morning) during break weeks for the Chatham aerobics class.
