Exerc. Class 55:00 [2]

Legs tired but not sore, so I showed up at exercise class today. Now I'm even more tired.

Sunday May 14, 2006 #

Orienteering race (Billygoat) 4:05:30 [4] *** 12.8 km (19:11 / km) +450m 16:19 / km
spiked:23/25c shoes: Trail NB 705 8.5D

Ran with Ann L.; we had a great time in spite of not finishing within 3:30 (we were at #14, the aid station, at about 2 hours). We skipped #10, took the left fork on #4. Heard later than # 3 looked like a pretty good skip because you could go out to the road and run on the road/trails most of the way around to one of the 4's.

Orienteering race 59:58 [3] *** 3.77 km (15:54 / km) +60m 14:44 / km
spiked:12/13c shoes: Jala Jukola Spider 6 (old)

EMPO meet--Orange course at Saratoga Spa State Park. Didn't want to do longer because of Billygoat tomorrow; also, I wanted to test out my heel (still painful when I stretch my hamstring or flex foot with leg straight, but not at any other time). Not a problem.

Wednesday May 10, 2006 #

Exerc. Class 55:00 [2]

The more-intense Wednesday class (stepping included). Still can't do hamstring stretches, though, without the stabbing pain in my heel.

Tuesday May 9, 2006 #

Exerc. Class 55:00 [1]

The less-intense Tuesday morning class (I usually go Mon-Wed which include bench stepping).

Right heel is sore, especially when I try to stretch my hamstring (bend over, etc.)! What's with that?? I sure hope it goes away by the weekend (Billygoat).
