On our way home from celebrating Thanksgiving with family in Lancaster County PA, we stopped in Bethlehem and did some orienteering training on the Star Village map (we knew there was an event on Sunday but couldn't stay over another day -- too much to do at home). Lots of trees and branches hiding some bike trails, making them hard to follow. Damage from the Halloween snowstorm, most likely, plus maybe the two hurricanes/tropical storms in August and September. Good to get out on a map anyway (with no event locally closer to home) and a beautiful day with temps in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Followed by lunch with son Rob before heading to NJ to see his brother's new house (yay, new house!).

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Dinner for 10 at my parents':

Turkey
Stuffing & Gravy
Cranberries
Potatoes, mashed and sweet
Green beans, mashed rutabaga, corn, creamed onions
Two kinds of pie: apple and pumpkin
Enough leftovers for another 4-5 people
Thankful for family members gathered, and those not able to be there, and friends near and far

Listened to the NPR "Only a Game" podcast; smiled when I heard familiar voices -- so cool! Then I listened to Wait Wait Don't Tell Me from last weekend.

Adductors (one set @ 70 lbs) and pulldowns (one set @ 62.5 lbs)

Checking some Billygoat controls for Glen (who was checking some further out from our start); then met him at one location before heading back towards the car.

Time is per Glen's watch. Distance is an estimate as I turned my watch off when I took a break and forgot to restart until after the second break. Oops.
