Orienteering 34:52 [3] 4.5 km (7:45 / km)

this included the run from the track and back.
short course around near the track as a "warm down"

decided to follow dave to the first control. he decided just to run in the general direction of the control because he knew everyone would follow so lost a lot of time. was in a pack at the front with some people until Matthew fell over and hurt his ankle and dave disappeared over a hill. was then navigating on my own and making mistakes until Jon and Andrew caught up and then we were together until the end
