Run tempo 39:19 [5] 6.1 mi (6:27 / mi)

Started off slow, then went about a 7 min mile pace; then slowed up near Lee, then sped up again coming back because of Eck. Felt great when I was running and when I got done.

Second round of Denmark training... better but not great. Not even good; except maybe for training value.

Sprint Course that I was doing decent on; but then fell off at the end when I was tired and basically tripping over myself.

Control Picking... I liked this one until I ran from the control circle of point 10 to the circle of the 0 in "10" thinking it was another control circle.

Put out caution tape at all of my sprint points. It was nice to get out there and see the control locations bare of the previous 2 feet of snow.

Includes a jog from jordan's car to my course and back again since we parked at Mine Torne.

1 min on 1 min off times 10. I had to stop and tie my shoe quite a bit, and i walked alot of the off minutes, so while I had alot of fun, I am not sure how much better of a workout I could have had.
