Similar story to yesterday. Felt awesome running but had a couple of shockers where I must have been within meters & not seen the controls. Came back smiling though - really did have a great time out there! My love of forest is returning :)

Quali - cruising, feeling good, really happy with pre race routine, start thought processes etc.

Final - felt brilliant physically but my nav was all over the place. Similar story to czech really. Need to figure out a better strategy for focusing when I'm racing twice in one day. The majority of my splits were at podium speed but the majority isn't good enough at this level.
