Mass start sprint, busy and fun but painful! My body is definitely not cooperating with me at the moment & just feels incapable of getting to that top gear. 5 weeks to find some shape... forgot the finish was not touch free!

Maze O - so much fun!! Brilliant planning, at no point could I ever get above shuffle speed.

Louth urban + jog to the start. Pleased with my good orienteering. Time loss when I set off from 9 back to 1 oops & one bad route near the end when I was tired but the rest was decent.

Turns out the infrared heaters were broken last week so it was actually 36 degrees of pure heat being pumped out which is why it was beyond unpleasant. Back to normal this time.
