Started quite slow and safe and tended to take the longer routes along paths.. got to the road crossing fine, ran past no10 a bit then wasn't too bad in all the bushy bits but not totally smooth.. I'd already decided on a long leg to run all the way round the path, partly cause knew I'd be tired and it was easier for my brain, lost some time in the circle though, forgot to switch back on after the long track run.. After that though it was all my legs, had no energy left in them i think partly from recently just racing and not really training plus being ill last week, need to work on endurance.. mentally tired too cause lost 2mins by getting to the control but looking at the wrong number on descriptions, stupid. Pretty shattered by the end! Having said that, enjoyed it a lot more than i expected :)
