Travel home.

Started to catch up on the WOC news plus plus.

A lot of solid runs, 1 really good result but I guess team britian is a bit disappointed given the 'More podiums' goal?

5*5' from 1700 to 2100m - some brutal climbs, maybe a bit steep. Legs sore

Finally made the top at 2600+, straight above the hotel. Cheated a bit driving to 1900 first but still a good climb and great views

Steady run, climbed 400m straight up and then down and up a ski basin and up onto the top plateau. Great to see the top and enjoy the views, hard work on way home

Morning run cross the valley and then a brutal drop and contour. Ended on a rope climb which worried me a bit but found another route down later

Start of honeymoon in Dolmoites - turned into a bit of an altitude training camp when I found the hotel was at 1750m and surrounded by monster hills.

Run up 400m from hotel and then turned left and climbed into a crazy limestone maze and to a col, great start to the week
