4.8k near fredrikstad, a much stronger performance than wednesday - I have put in a very stron case that I should be on a day leg at tio this week :-)

A bit shakey at the start but kept it fairly clean - and others seemed to struggle. HR just under 160 average so can still work on intensity...

KM night - first race of the year and a mass start night. Was pretty passive at the start and then got alone at the second butterfly and missed a bit. Good to get a bit of training alone though... Didn't manage to change the focus enough on some hard legs. Looking forwards to some nicer forests and individual running
