Orienteering race 1:40:00 [4]

Solrenningen and Craft cup race 2. A steady start with some tricky controls, then a monster leg and more running, then a tricky (unreadable?) end. Ran solidly all the way with a slight dip at the end. A few small errors and a bit hesitant on some of the rocky slopes,but all in all a solid run. 10' behind the winner and a bit to work on.

Orienteering race 1:27:00 [3]

Night NM. Running well, got to a wrong fork in some green and fell a bit down the field - ran more agressively in the front after that and did well.

In the end, it was another EMIT scandal, the results were not published and lots disqualified - me for starting late?!?

A lesson for organisers - do not put high powered emit units all over the forest, loop past them lots and expect that the emit cards will cope!!! Most cards coped but a couple of routes I took took in extra controls and that was that :-(

Looks like I have to go for a day leg at Tio, my results at the 2 night tests are now scandalously bad!

Slope training course - up and down as it turned out at Ingierstrand, at night. Went much better - felt I had control. A clear night and enjoyable session!
