Today I visited the trainer. Without diagnosing what was wrong he decided that taping my ankle/shin would be the best idea. After doing a short run my leg felt much worse then before and it's now painful to walk on. Scheduling an appointment with the doctor seems like the best idea and it seems I'll be cross-training the next few days.
Finished the yellow in 34:17 but was too late to start the orange...Heel/Ankle are still hurting. It's even begun to hurt when just walking around normally. There's alot of pain all around my ankle/heel/shin when I put weight on the back of my foot. Anyone know what this could be?

This run was awful, a combination of the wind and icy/cold/soaking wind drenched my clothes and made it really hard to run. Also this has not been my month...In addition to my ankle my right calf was tight probably from the meet.
