Note

Spent today and yesterday tearing down our old garden shed and putting together a new one...some assembly required! This one is high enough that Rick won’t be putting gashes in his head when he stands up. No problems putting it up and only one bolt left over....know where it goes but would have to do major reassembly to put it in place...I think that’s pretty good.

Black Creek Park - went with the idea of setting up a training course but after slogging through muddy trails with little or no options for getting into any woods we gave it up at the halfway point. We had only been able to find a couple of good control points, but route choices were all trails...which alternated between short segments of good trails followed by segments of ankle deep mud. Going around was not an option since either side of the trails were mostly thick shrubs with thorns....whose idea was this anyway???? May never go back...but it was still fun.

Webster Park - Rick went forwards, I went backwards on the course...nicely crafted! I was trying to stop my watch to take pictures for a possible photo-O but after forgetting to turn it back on twice I just gave up and let it run. Felt good running except for the thorns...good thing it was cold enough to wear gloves.
