Lake Ontario with Natalie - another Gramma duty and no doubt the final swim of the season. Swam out to the second sandbar and back a couple of times then practiced handstands.
Water temp is around 65, air temp about 70 with a bit of a breeze. Finally warmed up after a hot shower and a mug of hot tea.

Island Cottage Woods with Natalie...lots of stops and starts but enough to get us warmed up for a swim in the lake.

Lake Ontario with Natalie, part of Gramma duty. Made numerous trips out to the second sandbar and back, almost 100m now that the water level has gone down. I'm pleased that I can swim freestyle without shoulder pain...this covid thing has been good for something.
