Not enough time for training really at the minute. Needed to talk to someone about borrowing the SI kit so cycled up to the uni to talk with them before the training started

Went cycling with Luke to Kirby Lonsdale via Skirton, Halton and Arkholme. Returned via Hornby, various villages, Crook O lune, halton wier

Swimming 10:00 [2]

Went swimming in river Lune at Halton Wier. Then went to rope swing by M6 bridge. River absolutely freezing and fingers and toes rapidly got very cold and went yellow. Didn't stay in very long as the wind was adding to the cold

Good stretching session after cycle ride earlier. Legs really needed a stretch. Was trying to do homework but couldn't continue until after I'd stretched.
