orienteering on holme fell. enjoyed the course and the area but felt quite unfit and was confusing lots of parallel features. will do some work on map contact and distance judgement this week

Went for a run immediately after getting up. Felt like quite hard work. Was testing out my new SmartWool socks. Seem pretty good despite the strange shape.

Need to find a way of carrying my GPS with me. My running shorts don't have any pockets.
