Lake Chabot. 25 y/o black&white map. Manual punching. Did couple mistakes, around 5min.

Easy run before and after. Was late because it was very hot - +34C at 7pm.

R intervals 12x400 with 200m jog/rest between. Was very comfortable at pace 1:23-1:27.

Twin Peeks map Score - O. Nice place and wonderfull cool weather after hot of East bay. Was late by 45min to the last start, so run on my own. "Got" 15min in extra time. Result would be 79-30 = 49 points.
The winning strategy would be to get throught west side of the map to the "juicy" south and than return on relatively flat middle section of the map.
But I went down to the south climbed twin peeks hills - 4 point control wasn't worth time spent, instead 66-65-64 would be solid gain (3x6=18).
