Ran to the start, then drills.
Jog after and stretches.

Day 5 Lochnell

Mud mud mud. Really stupid mistake on 3. Really annoyed with this run as out of 19 controls I was only happy with 8 which just isn't good enough. Back orienteering badly not reading in the circle yet again.
