Running warm up/down 20:00 [3] 1.0 km (20:00 / km)

Ran to the start and back then some efforts of the hill. Then drills.

After recovering a little, jogged down towards the start and back to make sure I wasn't too sore the next day.

Orienteering race 1:52:02 [4] 7.7 km (14:33 / km) +665m 10:10 / km

Long on Holme Fell. Very tough but glad I did it. Took a while to settle down, a bit jumpy on 1 and 2 and then messed up 3. The scale threw me even though I knew it was 1:1500 didn't adjust well. Didn't go far enough.
Then got into it again, good on the long leg then didn't execute the plan on 5. 6 ok, then paralell(ish) error on 7, really stupid here. Fine again until 13 where tiredness just totally kicked in, couldn't relocate when it was actually quite straight forward. Just wasn't very good after that, glad I had my jelly babies:). Good experience though and know what stage I have to get to within a few years.

Ran to the start, then drills and some sprints.

Jog back towards the car to find it locked and back after.

Orienteering race 56:42 [4] 4.2 km (13:30 / km)

MIddle at Bigland.
Too many big mistakes. Annoying, know exactly what happened. Disappointing but some positives.

Up onto Arthurs seat and did some visulisation stuff in the trickier bit. Was going really well and navigating right to the places I picked out by making sure I had a plan, attackpoint and compass.

To meadows and back. Had to get out after exam, not nice at all.
Met Jet and Gitte on the way back, made me smile.

4x1km fartleck on the meadows.
1 min recovery each time.
Stopped stressing out towards the end and relaxed.

Did the Wednesday session to keep the squats etc in since it killed me last time, as wont be in on Wednesday. Monday/Friday session similar but Wednesday different so wanted to keep in in my week.
