Back at the track with the girls. 4x600m (2mins), 6x150m (walk back recovery), 5mins between sets. Out of my comfort zone with a speed session, super windy again but running pretty well. Will be sore tomorrow.

1st day off this year, fought the wind all the way out to SQ, thought it'd be nicer coming back but had nasty side winds to contest with. If I hadn't detoured home via the Little Bakery then I'd have missed the hail storm but it was worth it.

Solo sprint course, decent start, a few bad route choices in a row then unfortunate big time loss due to construction work and a huge unmapped fence.

Chased by Grace and Pete. Strong start then Grace got me in sight with a better route on the longer leg to 8. Held my own until I took the wrong route and executed it badly to 15. Wheels fell of a bit after that. Great training and lots of fun, missed this.
