Running 37:52 [3] 7.21 km (5:15 / km)

Well felt better than yesterday, especially on the downhill.

Plan maybe to take Friday afternoon off and mtb somewhere, maybe Albion again or Kelso?

Note

Least favourite US maps:

2. French Creek
Especially dislike it because I really wanted to have great races and produce good headlines. But alas, always had brutal runs.

1. Surebridge Mountain
Totally. Over. My. Head.

Running 38:11 [2] 7.22 km (5:17 / km)

Evening run down in the Don. Did not feel great going down Rosedale Valley Road nor coming up Milkman's Lane!

Running 45:00 [1]

Not a great one, sluggish and hot!

I'm watching NBA on some dodgy Aussie online channel and thus getting Aussie commercials including this great one for Four'N Twenty Meat Pies:

I'm still trying to figure out who some of these celebs are. Who's the guy grabbing a whole bunch of pies in the stands? Trust the two rugby ones are greats? Cool to see Ben Simmons in this!

Cycling 1:03:09 [2] 29.53 km (2:08 / km)

Post work ride down the the east Beaches and back.

Note

I'll buy a fancy coffee or pint to the first person under 34 to comment on the US Relay champs.

Morning run with Dr. Stew. Toasty warm.

We're chatting about doing the Haliburton Trail Race, has anyone done that?

Lots of chatting about how Reid will become an ultra influencer online.

Cycling 1:20:00 [2] 32.16 km (2:29 / km)

Post long day ride. Was either going to have a nap or get on the bike. So went for a ride. Still have to switch my tires back.
