Note

Rainy morning! So I think I will enjoy my coffee and wake up slowly. I have 8 hrs of work to do too.

Stationary Bike 30:00 [3]

Ok I got home from work pretty tired but Larry convinced me to go to the gym and then out to dinner at Sushi Village

Note

We ended the day with a long BBQ with friends.

with Irv and Bob felt slow

Star Trek Into the Darkness was very entertaining and had neat 3D scenes. However I liked the first time line's ending better......I'm a softy!

Running 1:54:00 [3] 9.0 mi (12:40 / mi)
weight:180lbs shoes: NB 860V2

Wow, reality check, I am really really slow. I will need to consider this my starting condition and improve upon it. Sprint workouts will only injure my hip further so I will use the bike for speed workouts.

So I ran the Hillside loop. DW to DW. It took exactly 60minutes to get to Hillside, then 29 minutes to get to Noxon. A total of 1hr 54 minutes to crawl back to my DW.

R Hip is slightly stiff but not bad.
