Hermann-Rice short GW. The pattern of late has been dead legs early and a bit more life late. Held true this morning. Legs felt really flat for most of the first 3 miles. The difference was that everything else felt excellent. Breathing/cardio were super solid, which allowed me to push the pace a bit even with flat legs. Once the legs started to come around, everything fell into place for a good run. Pushed the pace to 7:30-ish for the last mile & still had more in the tank.
