Trails. Didn't make it 5 minutes in before I folded the living crap out of my left ankle. First bad sprain in a long time. Totally sucks. Just as I start to get a little consistency...

Hermann-Rice short. Pretty solid run overall on a chilly morning. Legs weren't exactly lively, but turned over okay. Most positive thing about the run: no calf or knee pain.

Sunday trails. Endless/Green out and back. Wouldn't say the legs felt great, but they didn't feel terrible either. Lovely day with lots of users on the trails. Managed a decent time even though it felt like I was moving very slowly.
