Running 1:43:10 [3] 10.0 mi (10:19 / mi)
shoes: Brooks PureFlow 2 Blue

Terry Hershey. Wow - really, really didn't want to get up for this one. But, runner's guilt is a powerful thing. Once I got warmed up, the run was pretty solid and uneventful. LOTS of running groups out there though. That time of year...

Running 39:57 [3] 4.6 mi (8:41 / mi)
shoes: Brooks PureFlow 2

Hermann short + Braes long. Massive crisis of motivation this morning. So, the fact that this one happened at all is probably the best thing about it. Falling into some dog days doldrums about pretty much everything... Bleh.

Running 53:32 [3] 6.5 mi (8:14 / mi)
shoes: Brooks PureFlow 2 Blue

Hermann-Rice long. Repeat of yesterday, but without any particular goals. Felt really dialed in for the first 5 miles - as relaxed and consistent as I've been all summer. The nasty morning heat started to chip away at that feeling toward the end, but a good run nevertheless.

Running 51:40 [3] 6.5 mi (7:57 / mi)
shoes: Brooks PureFlow 2 Blue

Hermann-Rice long. Pressed for time this morning, so shortened the run up a bit. Dropping the usual speed work run this week allowed me to keep the pace on this one honest. The extra day off had the legs feeling pretty solid.

Note
(rest day)

Decided to take a second zero day. Some residual aches yesterday (although everything feels fine today) told me that a little extra rest was in order.

Running 44:33 [3] 4.8 mi (9:17 / mi)
weight:165lbs shoes: Brooks PureFlow 2 Blue

Hermann + Braes. Body was very creaky early on, but things loosened up a fair amount. Typical Sunday pace. Given that this was my biggest pure running week in quite some time, this one didn't feel too bad.
