Running 2:52:03 [3] 16.5 mi (10:26 / mi) +1200ft 9:45 / mi
shoes: Inov8 Roclite 295-v2

HSP. Solo long run. Cloudy but nice temps made for almost ideal conditions. May have pushed a bit too hard early on, running all the ups, because by about mile 10, I hit a low patch. Fought through it and finished in pretty decent shape. Definitely have a lot of work ahead though.

Running 38:05 [3] 4.2 mi (9:04 / mi)
shoes: PureFlow Grey/Green

Hermann. Not in the finest shape after an excessive HH last night. But, still dragged my ass around the park at a very slow pace, with a bit of walking when I began feeling queasy. Not a quality session, but it wasn't really supposed to be.

Running 53:57 [3] 6.5 mi (8:18 / mi)
shoes: PureFlow Grey/Green

Hermann-Rice short + Braes. Changed up the route a bit to include a few repeats on the swale along the Braes route. While things didn't feel super sharp, it was still a solid outing.

Running 53:51 [3] 6.5 mi (8:17 / mi)
shoes: PureFlow Grey/Green

Hermann-Rice long. Really solid run. Everything felt smooth and controlled. Mixed in a handful of fartlek-y pickups, as I would like to get back to a little mid-week speedwork.

Running 54:57 [3] 6.5 mi (8:27 / mi)
shoes: PureFlow Grey/Green

Hermann-Rice long. Squeezed this one in during a lull in the rain. Man, super cold morning for March. Once I warmed up, things were fine. Not exactly spry, but pretty solid nonetheless.

(rest day)

Unfortunately, there is no box labeled "Pussy" that I could check.

Walking 50:21 [3] 2.8 mi (17:59 / mi)
shoes: PureFlow2 Black

Hermann. I very nice little walk with Hannah. Being accompanied by a 7 year old with very long legs, but little patience, means that some of the walking was quite slow, interrupted sporadically by bursts of all out running. The kid is pretty damn fast.
