HSP. The last of the long training runs went really well overall. 3 x 12 miles - 2:06; 2:12; 2:20. Nutrition was dialed in and the energy level was really good throughout. Time to rest...
Running50:10 [3] 5.9 mi (8:30 / mi) shoes: PureFlow3 Blue
Hermann-Rice short. Pretty much right up against the edge as far as volume is concerned. Legs felt super sluggish, the tibialis was a little hurty, and it was raining part of the time. So the planned 8 miler became closer to 6. Everything started to feel somewhat better toward the end, but tomorrow's day off is welcome.

AM. Hermann-Rice long + Village + Braes long. While there wasn't a whole lot of pop in the legs, they felt pretty decent. Got a fairly sharp pain on the inside of the instep on the right foot - probably a touch of posterior tibialis tendonitis. Will need to keep an eye on it.

PM. Hermann. Felt the urge to get out for a short, very relaxed end-of-the day run. Tibialis didn't bother me too much. Hopefully I can make it through tomorrow morning without an issue.

Hermann-Rice long + Braes long. While the effects of Saturday were evident, it wasn't all that bad, and by the last couple of miles the legs felt almost good.
