Hermann. Counting this one as a run because that was the intent and the walking was in service of the running, Truly starting from zero. Seriously, the last real run was in mid-April. But, the foot was fine during the run and, more important, the next morning. May go out for the same thing on Thursday. If I could just manage 3-4 miles, 3 days a week, I would be sooooooo thankful.
