Was such a nice day, and I haven't run in ages, though I would try for 15-20min toddle around the block and see. Pain after about 3 mins, walked a bit, gave up after 20 mins. Got shitty, chucked a tanty, went out for Yum Cha instead.
Arvo gym session: 30 min elliptical machine, 30 mins treadmill and some arm weights.
Treadmill and elliptical machine, just something to move the legs. Then did a few arm weights. Was going to walk outside but the frost was maaaasssive!
Managed to convince Club Lime I had a guest pass at the front desk waiting for me and they must have misplaced it somehow..... ahaha free RPM class for me :) Took mum along too, was good fun. Was a very nice change to understand what I was meant to be doing, last spin class I did was in Swedish!!
Seb: the spin bikes there at Club Lime are on a whole other level to F&S! They have digital displays with watts, rpm, distance and even what 'gear' you are in!
Normal S&C, stretching. Aimed for the plank record, but only got 2:38min. Getting closer to the 3:10 min record though!

Still not running, seeing the physio again tomorrow. Hip is generally stiff, left knee is very tight and sore. Not quite the training I had in mind for the last month of training before the marathon, but if doing nothing means I might make at least 20km... then that is it I guess.
