Long course (5k!?) bit scrappy as the map/controls were poor. Miss at 3 and 12 but otherwise pretty good. Enjoying the nice tough running of the deeside forests. Not enough brashings and tussocks down south.

10x 3min with 1 min recoveries round braids and blackford. Decided to give the meadows a miss cos they'd be heaving. Started quite fast but pace dropped off as calves tightened. Felt quite heavy today and calves rock solid by the end.
