Started JW5L course at Ogden Waters today. However, between number 3+4 fell and twisted my left ankle. It's swollen, but not the worst it's been. Must be about the fifth time i've done this.
After hobbling to control 5, i decided just to walk around back to the finish.

HALO sprint series, event one at Beverly Westwood.
Won out of all women on this course which was the preface before the chasing sprint. Good run, got most of the controls spot on, was helped because i know the area quite well :)

HALO chasing sprint! This was exciting because i've never done one before. Managed to make up some time over one person and stretch my lead further on the women which was good :) I was again helped by the fact that i know the area well :)
Another different run. I like to vary what i do to keep myself interested. Was only going to do around 5.1k but then when i got nearly home I decided to do another loop round back home :)
Very refreshed. I should now do some revision for tomorrow!
