Hornsea X-country..
Did the junior race which was two laps; perhaps could or should have done the ladies race which was three laps.. Went ok, felt quite tired though.
Was fun.

Run out with David.. Was going to go a bit steadier but i find it hard to run slower =/
Went past the methodist Church and through the fields into Everthorpe and back round the roads home. Very hot but fun :)

Under 18's National Cup vs Boston Spa..

Won 5-1 :D and scored 2 goals, 1 assist.. Should have scored about 3-4more, but i was shooting poorly :P Good game but bit annoyed.

City Of Hull 1mile Track Race..

Didn't know how fast to go or anything because ive never done it before.. the pace felt slow but i really just wanted to stay at the front and then sprint at the end which i managed.. Am a bit disappointed with the time but more practise is needed really. Was fun :)

1200m - 1m 38sec : 4m 46sec
1600m - 1m 24sec : 6m 10sec
