offraod and terrian run

nothing to intense with my dad but did a few hill efforts and felt fine thw whole way, want to get orienteering now in the cairngorns!

DEE summer event at Marbury, pretty boring area but a few patches of water and contour detail which are good, havnet o'ed in 2/3 weeks so was really looking foward to it, ran hard all the way and felt fine and was navigating and flowing well :)

out to wychwood park first time in there, pretty nice and posh fairly undulating and a nice run

run in slower and warming down overall a good run 14.5km in 62 not bad for training pace not going that quick at times but a few nice efforts
