was handing over to in 2nd, but 1st place was only just ahead and they went 90 degrees wrong before the start kite. OD caught up a little bit of time on me, but i still finished about 6 minutes ahead.
MDOC finished 2nd overall

You had to do a nomal course and then you got to a changeover control and picked up a map which had 4 controls on it, you had to go to 3 of them and finish.

Wednesday run at the Lomases
started off in a huge group and then me, Alice, Andy and Alistair split off to do a longer route.i dont know why my heart rate was so high becuase we werent going very fast until about halfway around

Barrage de Cap de Long, walk along Lac de Cap de Long, up to Hourquette Bastan then left up the ridge to a secondary summit (3157m) and up to Pic de Cambeil itself (3173m) Highest i have ever been (previously was 3006m)
