as in 1 control then a long leg then 2 controls and a long leg

snooker based excercise
for the first 30 mins we had to get 1 red then any colour then come back and hand over to our partner, who got a diferent red and any colour, then in the last 15minutes one of us (me) had to go and get all the colours in order and come back to stop the clock. we finished on 33 points
