Long run with my Dad on Kinder, we went from the Car park in the quarry above Hayfield, up past the house and through the fields, then under Kinder low, to Edale Cross, up to Edale Moor and along the edge to Hartshorn, then cross country to the other side, around past Fairbrook Naize and then 2nd stream and into the trig point in the middle, direct to the lump on the end and down William Clough, past the resevoir and down the road. Could feel my glutes after we crossed the middle at Hartshorn.
