Macc Forest middle race, didn't try hard enough on the hills but felt really good on the rest of it. eprfectly Ok technically.

Ran the same route as the Boars Head fell race, but as I am not old enough to enter i set off 10 mins ahead and only the top 5 overtook me.

As usual for Teggs Nose, very steep. We could have been kept out of the worst bits at the bottom though, and had more on top.

From Wildboarclough, up Clough Brook, across to the Cat and Fiddle, down the road towards the back of Macc forest and then up to Standing Stone car park and back over Shutingsloe. Felt tired all the way round and would have done an extra loop around Charity Lane if I had felt faster.
