Round Tytherington and the High School, caught Ben early on and only got overtaken by Olly at the road crossing, despite him nearly getting me in the middle of the estate. (49 secs excluded)

Macc Forest middle race, didn't try hard enough on the hills but felt really good on the rest of it. eprfectly Ok technically.

Ran the same route as the Boars Head fell race, but as I am not old enough to enter i set off 10 mins ahead and only the top 5 overtook me.

As usual for Teggs Nose, very steep. We could have been kept out of the worst bits at the bottom though, and had more on top.
