Back was extremely sore this day and warmed up and stretched for well over an hour. Thought it would stop me running well.

Course length-6km
Adapted a new technique that would see me make no big mistakes but only small ones. It worked for that day at least. But still the small ones rolled in- 6.30 mins of mistakes. Was running very well however

Worst run of the event. Going well until 7 then 8 screwed me up and was extremely unconfident after that. 13 minutes missed!

Went to three rock with Jonathan and redid the course we did with David as the tags were still out. Taking it quite slow and stopping at controls to talk about what our plan was for leg etc. so an easy training but good to get out on a map. I was just keeping a good rythm and no stopping between controls. Really happy with my technique today! Bring on Scotland

Didn't get to do the fast session i was hoping for because i was feeling poorly and didnt get much sleep last night.
